Spring is in the air.  Many are looking ahead to the Swim Suit Summer Season.  A quick fix is what most have in mind.  Has it ever worked?  With numerous Diet-Yo-Yo stories, many still think that drastic dieting or a magic pill will work this time.  Reality: 85% of diets fail. What’s the answer?

Coach Maggie shares her own story

I suffer from an auto immune condition, Hashimoto’s a hypothyroid condition. Intentional healthy choices – made day after day – is the key to improving my health.  How much more for those of you that do not have this challenge?  I too tried a number of fad diets in my past. Always looking for a quick fix, I had not totally committed to moving my health UP on my priority list.  I’m ALL IN to moving closer and closer to thriving health!
