What is a health coach?

A health coach is a supportive mentor who’s passion is helping others make/choose positive health choices. With gained trust your mentor can offer one-on-one support and health options while you are on your journey. Changing your behavior can be difficult but to connect with your inner wisdom is important for your desired change.

Why have a health coach?

Changing your lifestyle isn’t always easy. A lot of the time we establish that we want to make healthy changes, but we don’t always have the resources or motivation to do so by yourself.

We can help you get where you want to be and keep you there. Our services can assist you regardless of your current lifestyle. We design programs to meet your specific needs because we recognize how important your individual goals are. Some of the fields we work in and their benefits are:

  • Weight loss- Losing weight can be difficult but with little improvements over time you can lose up to 2-5 pounds a week.
  • Type II Diabetes- Can be hard to work through, but we can help you come up with a safe, and simple system on how to balance all the important things.
  • High Blood Pressure- Blood Pressure is important to your health maintaining the balance can be difficult but a trained Physician is at hand.
  • Cholesterol- has been clinically proven important to your health at major research hospitals. A high cholesterol can lead to heart problems that can be avoided.
