Lasso the Wind? I think not!

What happens when you try to micro-manage a WIND personality? Lasso the Wind? I think not!
 
 
Speaking from personal experience first I laugh, then I am compelled to ask, “Really?” and finally I respond,
 

Not much!

 
Don’t know what I’m talking about? Ask me about taking the personality profile that describes “you” using the four elements found in nature. It’s simple and actionable. In a team setting, it releases the power of your most valuable resource, your people.

Who’s Your Designer?

Who's your designer?

 

I asked my 3 year old (soon to be 15) grandson, “Adam, what do you want to be when you grow up?” He replied, “Mima, I’m going to be a superhero!” I: “What will you do as a superhero?” Proudly he responded, “I’ll be dressed in white!”

Dressed for success was Adam’s approach to reaching his vision. Apparently he watched a program where the hero was dressed in white. Wouldn’t it be great if life were that easy, that all we had to do was discover the outfit that would guarantee our success?

What about you? Are you looking to other people to define yourself?

How many of us really understand what's at the very core of who we are?  From an early age we are asked, 'What are you going to be when you grow up?'.  Rarely are we taught to look inward first – to discover our unique personalities – to explore what matters most to us. 
 
Before you can embrace a Vision for your future, you must first understand YOU, your unique wiring.
 
 Organizations have mission statements – why not you?

Google – Truth Finder or Not? Authenticity

In the midst of a busy morning I was suddenly prompted to do a Google Search on my name as well as on Called To Action. Wow! We are everywhere it seems.

 

While certainly encouraging in terms of getting our name out on the cyber channels, it was also a bit unsettling.
