What road to take – Sometimes I just don’t know

Sometimes I don’t know which road I should take.  It gets especially challenging when I allow the voices of past failures to challenge my plans for a New Beginning – or perhaps a Do Over!

From the moment we open our eyes each morning we are presented with a multitude of choices.   Over time some of our choices may become habits.  Attitude is a choice.  We get to choose our outlook for each day, our approach to people or events.  Our behavior reflects our attitude.  Attitude not only influences our actions but it also spills over into the lives of everyone we connect with. It’s contagious.

A Better Place to Be…

Business & Pleasure… a fine combination!

Atlanta-bound for a Health & Wellness Conference, I planned several visits with family and friends this past weekend. This was not always the case for me.

In my past experience as a global business consultant, I took pride in staying totally focused on the task at hand. I would wrap my trips with much preparation upfront and then a thorough time of debriefing on the back end. I efficiently scheduled my flights to arrive at night so that I could get to the office early the next morning.
