Wisdom – life lessons learned – comes to us over time.  Grandchildren present us with an opportunity to share what we may not have known as a young parent. More than any other Leadership role I hold today,  my role as "Mima" is one I raise to the highest priority; it has opened the love floodgates. It has burned a need in me to take advantage of every opportunity to share those treasured nuggets of wisdom and history – what matters most.
